The Witch's Heart

A reimagining of Norse mythology centered on the witch Angrboda, who after being punished by Odin flees into a remote forest, injured and stripped of her powers. There she encounters the trickster Loki, and their wary acquaintance deepens into love. Together they raise three unusual children at the edge of the world, hidden from Odin's gaze. As Angrboda's prophetic abilities return, she foresees danger to her family and must decide whether to accept the fate she has glimpsed or try to change it, aided by the huntress Skadi.
