Set across a trio of interconnected Londons—one fading from its magical past, one powerful and flourishing, and one left to decay—this fantasy follows three gifted magicians as the worlds edge toward collision. Kosika, a child queen, pursues a perilous devotion; Delilah Bard, a rogue magician and thief, is drawn back by an old favor; and Tes, a young runaway with a rare ability, may be the only one able to prevent the worlds from unraveling.
