Stone Heart

Set in the city of Olympus, this novella follows Medusa, an assassin bound by debt to Athena, who is ordered to kill Calypso, the mistress of the politician Odysseus. Doubting that her target deserves a death sentence, Medusa hesitates, while Calypso attempts to seduce her way out of danger. What begins as a survival ploy grows into a genuine connection between the two women, even as Athena's demand for blood threatens them both.
