Fourteenth in the Psy-Changeling series, this installment follows two Arrows, Aden and Zaira, who wake imprisoned and psychically blocked. After escaping, they must cross hostile terrain and seek refuge with a wary changeling pack while uncovering a conspiracy targeting the Arrow squad across all three races. Alongside the danger, their bond deepens as Aden hopes for a future beyond violence and Zaira struggles with the belief that she is too damaged to be saved.
