Of Blades and Wings

In a world blending fae fantasy with Norse mythology, an ice-fae princess named Madivia—whose magic fails her, who suffers from a fatal illness, and whose existence is hidden—is unexpectedly chosen by the gods to leave her tower and train as a Valkyrie at Featherblade. There she draws the attention of Kain, a disgraced fire-fae stripped of his wings, whose motives are tied to revenge and to a secret Maddy carries. As she struggles to earn her wings and survive her dangerous new world, she must navigate her growing fascination with Kain and a looming ancient war.
