Eighth entry in the Guild Hunter series. Naasir, the most feral member of the Seven and sworn to the Archangel Raphael, is sent to locate a former Archangel of Persia who lies in the Sleep of the Ancients, after rumors of a plot against the Sleeping archangel emerge. His unusual tracking abilities make him uniquely suited to the task. He is joined by Andromeda, a young angelic scholar carrying secrets of her own, and the two must race to find the lost archangel while contending with a dangerous enemy.
